 The Persico Team is proud to connect these critical groups through volunteering and donating to local and national charities such as American Cancer Society, Cystic Fibrosis, American Heart Society, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and American Red Cross as well as sponsoring two underprivileged children through Compassion International.
The Persico team is honored to have been participating in the American Cancer Society's 24 hour relay for the past 5 years held in Downey. Mario was proud to be team captain of Prudential 24 Hour Real Estate in 2004. In 2005, Clients and friends, Otelio and Rose Farisol joined Mario and Kelly at the American Cancer Society 24 hour Relay. This was another wonderful opportunity to raise money for a cause that touches lives of people we love daily, as well as honor the survivors or memory of much loved family and friends.

Mario has been a proud sponsor of Red Ribbon Week for the past several years of Old River School and Williams'
Elementary Schools. It has been a true honor to be part of such a valuable program that was discontinued by the
Federal government due to lack of funds. It was a pleasure to work with Williams' Teacher representative (and sister-in-law) Ms. Allison Box Israwi.
Showing good character is an essential part of how the Persico Team does business. With Downey Unified School District's adoption of the Character Counts
Program, Mario and his team are able to help support Downey's fine students through the six pillars of good character as well. |
The Persico Family is intimately tied to the Miller's Children's Hospital of Long Beach as the proud parents of Christina Persico, a Rehab technician in the Pediatric Rehab department of Miller's Children Hospital. Christina enlisted the help of her parents to donate a book case for the Children. "What an honor it is to serve the children and their parents of this wonderful program!" Mario stated.
Volunteering and giving back to others is something the Persico's are proud to do. As members of the Downey First Christian Church we have multiple opportunities to give back, not only to our own community but to give to others around the world. |

Kelly is a licensed real estate agent and marketing specialist. Kelly has extensive knowledge of the Southeast area of Southern California. Kelly's other specialties include studying the trends of the market in order to list and buy at the best possible price for buyers and sellers. Kelly enjoys working with and meeting the needs of senior citizens as well as being a buyer specialist.
In her "spare time" Kelly also teaches first grade part-time at Rio San Gabriel School, one of Downey's fine elementary schools. She enjoys being a liaison for the community as a licensed real estate agent and teacher.
